Role Overview

The SAP Fiori Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Fiori applications with a strong focus on modern SAP user experience principles. The role requires extensive experience in SAP systems, particularly S/4HANA, and the ability to work independently while supporting business needs. This position is fully remote, with quarterly travel to New Delhi as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements for new or modified Fiori-based functionality.
• Design, develop, and optimize SAP Fiori applications aligned with a Fiori-first strategy.
• Identify new features, enhancements, and UX improvements that increase business efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Perform analysis, documentation, and configuration of SAP processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Conduct regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for new and existing applications.
• Provide ongoing support for system enhancements, learning initiatives, and newly introduced functionalities.
• Coordinate with IT teams and business SMEs on continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional requirements.
• Deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision, ensuring timely completion of development tasks.

Experience Required

• 10–20 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in S/4HANA.
• Strong background in SAP Fiori development, UI5, OData services, and related UX technologies.
• Hands-on expertise across ECC and S/4 environments.
