SAP HCM Expertise: Possess 12+ years of SAP experience, including 8+ years in SAP HCM techno-functional roles across multiple projects.
Implementation Experience: Work on end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects in SAP ECC 6.0 environment.
Module Expertise: Strong experience in SAP HCM modules including PMS, Time Management, ESS, MSS, CATS, E-recruitment, Travel & Expense, OM, PA, and Payroll.
Payroll Knowledge: Demonstrate strong process knowledge in Indian Payroll and related configurations.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in ABAP HR, SAP Workflow, WebDynpro, Process & Forms, and Floorplan Manager (FPM).
System Configuration: Configure and support HCM modules ensuring alignment with business requirements.
End-User Support: Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
Integration & Development: Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments.
Client Interaction: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
