Job Description

We're looking for an experienced SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience across both the functional and technical aspects of SAP HCM, particularly with Indian Payroll and a proven track record in diverse SAP projects including full-life cycle implementations and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Project Participation: Leverage 12 years of SAP experience, including 8 years of SAP HCM Techno-functional experience, to participate in various projects:
  • 3 Full Life Implementations
  • 2 Roll-Out Projects
  • Post-Implementation Support
  • 1 Upgrade Project
  • 3 Support Projects.
  • Functional Expertise: Facilitate and support various SAP HCM functionalities, demonstrating strong process knowledge and configuration expertise in:
  • Indian Payroll
  • Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Time Management (including CATS - Timesheet Process)
  • Employee Self-Service (ESS)
  • Manager Self-Service (MSS)
  • E-recruitment
  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Travel and Expense.
  • Technical Development: Utilize strong technical skills in:
  • ABAP HR
  • SAP Workflow
  • Web Dynpro
  • Process & Forms
  • Floorplan Manager (FPM).
  • End-User Training: Provide effective end-user training to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex SAP HCM issues, providing robust solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Total SAP Experience: 12 years of SAP experience, with 12 years of SAP ECC 6.0 experience across 10 different projects.
  • SAP HCM Techno-functional Experience: Minimum 8 years.
  • Functional Modules: Strong process knowledge and experience in SAP HCM modules including:
  • Indian Payroll
  • PMS (Performance Management System)
  • CATS (Timesheet Process)
  • Travel and Expense
  • ESS, MSS
  • E-recruitment
  • OM, PA
  • Time Management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ABAP HR, SAP Workflow, Web Dynpro, Process & Forms, and FPM.
  • Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in full life cycle implementations, roll-out projects, post-implementation support, upgrade projects, and ongoing support projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • MCA/BE/B.Tech (Electronics / Computer Science / IT) or equivalent from a reputed institute.
