We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Canada Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid functional expertise across Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration, along with strong support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration for Canada
• Strong working experience in Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll, and Time Management
• Modify and maintain Payroll Schemas and Rules
• Handle complex payroll investigation and support tickets
• Perform Year-End activities for Canada Payroll
• Manage and support Canadian tax-related configurations and compliance
• Provide end-to-end support for payroll processing and post-payroll activities
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve payroll issues efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 57 years of experience in SAP HCM
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Canada Payroll
• Strong knowledge of Canadian tax structures
• Experience in Time Management configuration
• Proven support experience with complex payroll issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
