Job Title: SAP Service Cloud V2 Functional Consultant

Level: Senior Consultant

Location: Offshore

Start Date: 9th March 2026

Duration: 4 Weeks Extendable

Work Hours:8:00 AM 5:00 PM IST

Job Summary:

We are looking for a *Senior SAP Service Cloud V2 Functional Consultant* for a short-term offshore contract engagement. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and support related to SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

- Key Responsibilities:

* Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP Service Cloud V2

* Design and configure solutions in SAP Service Cloud V2

* Lead workshops and client discussions

* Perform system configuration, testing, and validation

* Support integration activities with other SAP and third-party systems

* Prepare functional specifications and documentation

* Support UAT and provide go-live assistance

* Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

* Strong hands-on experience in *SAP Service Cloud V2*

* Minimum 6+ years of SAP experience with at least 2+ years in Service Cloud

* Experience in service processes, case management, and workflow configuration

* Strong understanding of SAP CRM / C4C concepts

* Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management

* Excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

* Experience in end-to-end implementation projects

* Integration knowledge with S/4HANA or other SAP modules

* SAP certification (preferred)
