Role Objective
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FICO with extensive hands-on experience in Blackline and Project Systems (PS). The ideal candidate will serve as a critical lead in managing complex financial close processes, intercompany logistics, and large-scale project accounting. You will be responsible for resolving high-level technical discrepancies and ensuring seamless integration across the financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Close Management: Lead and optimize Blackline processes (Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching) with at least 3 years of dedicated experience.
- Complex Intercompany Operations: Direct the design and execution of Intercompany process flows, including Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and cross-company billing.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the final point of escalation for analyzing and resolving complex issues within MIRO (Logistics Invoice Verification) and Foreign Exchange (FX) valuations.
- Project Accounting Lead: Apply 5+ years of deep expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) to manage project structures, costing, and settlements.
- Treasury & Credit: Provide detailed architectural guidance on Credit Management and financial risk processes.
- VIM Oversight: Support and optimize Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) workflows to ensure automated, error-free AP processes.
Technical Requirements
- Core Experience: 10+ years in SAP FICO with a proven track record in global environments.
- Mandatory Module Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SAP PS (Project Systems) is non-negotiable (5+ years).
- Blackline Proficiency: 3+ years of experience configuring or managing Blackline modules.
- Logistics Integration: Deep understanding of the FI-MM integration points, specifically regarding STOs and MIRO.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to resolve complex FX and multi-currency reporting issues.
