Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced SAP FICO professionals to join our team as individual contributors with 7+ years of relvant experience. The role involves end-to-end Finance & Controlling (FICO) implementations, support, and solution delivery, requiring both strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
Location: Gurgram and Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support SAP FICO modules to address business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements and design effective finance and controlling solutions.
- Manage requirements gathering, functional specifications, configuration, testing, and end-user training.
- Provide support during system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Troubleshoot functional/technical issues, provide timely resolutions, and ensure system stability.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare documentation, solution design papers, and user manuals.
- Contribute beyond transactional FI configuration, delivering holistic, end-to-end finance solutions.
Technical Expertise Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).
- Expertise across:
- Financial Accounting (FI): GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Taxation, Closing & Reporting
- Controlling (CO): Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Centre Accounting, COPA, Product Costing
- Treasury & Risk Management (TRM): Cash & Liquidity Management, Bank Communication, Hedge Accounting, Loans/Investments
- Funds/Grants Management (FM/GM): Budgeting, Fund Centres, Commitment Items, FI/CO integration
- Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, PS, and PP modules.
- Good understanding of CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) and COPC.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, at least 2 E2E Implementation project experience is a must.
- Exposure to S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
- Preferred exposure to Group Reporting, Central Finance, New GL with parallel ledgers, and IFRS/GAAP compliance.
