We seek a passionate and driven SAP FICO AMS Manager to join our team. You will collaborate with various organizations and business lines across SAP and major cloud providers, thriving in a dynamic work environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling FI Tickets based on priority of Accounts Payable, New General Ledger, Automatic Payment Run
- Coordination with various teams to resolve an issue.
- Executing the needed changes in configuration.
- Addressing End-user operational issues.
- Discussing and understanding the new requirements raised by Business users.
- Preparing end-user manuals.
- Responsible for managing the AMS team and enhancing their performance.
- Responsible for handling incidents from SD and FI side which includes issues from O2C cycle as well as TDS and TCS functionality issues.
- Identification of frequently repeated tickets which consumed a lot of time in solution, for such types of tickets I have done root cause analysis and delivered the root cause analysis documentation.
- Making Functional specification documents for the customized requirements of clients.
- Created and updated functional specifications, test scripts, and configuration documents.
- Worked on a support project related to Asset accounting.
- Handled issues related to Inter-company Configuration from the finance side.
- Created Financial Statement Versions to extract the financial statements from SAP like Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet for reporting purposes.
- Looking after an overall check of sub-ordinate for daily basis work allocating and getting the work done from them.
- Keeping track of the overall development of a project and assisting in the completion of objects within a given time frame.
