Role: Senior Consultant - SAP FICO Data Migration

Over 6+ years of experience as SAP FICO Specialist in areas of FICO / Accounting and Data Migration
This is a key specification we are looking for
- Strong FICO knowledge
- Proven hands-on experience of FI, CO-PA, GL, AR and AP
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, End Users and Support team
- SAP ECC
- Data Migration
- End-to-end financial data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP
- Perform data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation
- Use SAP migration tools such as:
- LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
- Execute trial migrations and mock loads
- Ensure reconciliation between legacy and SAP financial balances
- Maintain data integrity, auditability, and compliance

Business Skills
- Good oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including advanced Excel skills such as formulas/lookups, etc.
- Understanding of business processes for focus area or module.
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application
- Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.
- Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.
