We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to manage end-to-end SAP PS implementations. The candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, configuration, development support, testing, deployment, and integration with other SAP modules while providing guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements, perform Fit/Gap analysis, and map business processes to SAP PS.
• Configure client-identified scenarios in SAP Project Systems (PS).
• Develop functional specifications and configuration documents.
• Support development of RICEFW objects related to SAP PS module in collaboration with developers.
• Provide guidance to junior resources, lead workshops, and facilitate daily activities.
• Ensure integration of SAP PS with FI, CO, AA, SD, PP, MM, and HR modules.
• Apply accounting principles and multi-tiered system standards to SAP PS configuration.
• Manage WBS elements, projects, cost collection, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis within SAP S/4HANA.
• Identify as-is and to-be processes and recommend system enhancements.
• Adapt to changing priorities and client requirements within established timelines.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 12+ years of SAP experience with end-to-end Project Systems (PS) implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PS integration with FI, CO, AA, SD, PP, MM, and HR modules.
• Experience in configuration, functional specification writing, and development support.
• Solid understanding of WBS Elements, cost collection principles, budgeting, and financial analysis in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong consulting, communication, and analytical skills.
