We are looking for a
SAP Business One (SAP B1) Executive who will be responsible for managing and supporting SAP B1 operations. The ideal candidate will assist in system implementation, customization, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
SAP B1 Management
- Oversee daily operations and administration of the SAP Business One system.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning.
Implementation Customization
- Assist in implementation and customization of SAP B1 modules as per business requirements.
- Support upgrades and system enhancements.
Support Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to users for SAP B1 related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve system problems to minimize operational disruptions.
Training Documentation
- Conduct training sessions for end users.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for SAP B1 processes, workflows, and procedures.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and implement appropriate SAP solutions.
Data Management
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of SAP data.
- Support data migration and integration with other systems when required.
