Visa Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in Vadodara. The Visa Consultant will assist students and clients with visa applications, provide consulting services on immigration regulations, and ensure compliance with the latest immigration policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding applicants through document preparation, addressing visa-related inquiries, advising on eligibility requirements, and supporting clients through the entire visa application process.

• Proficiency in handling Immigration Issues and Visa process management
• Strong Consulting capabilities with expertise in immigration-related topics
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to guide and support clients
• Thorough knowledge of immigration procedures, compliance requirements, and documentation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently on-site and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Experience in the education consulting or immigration sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
