Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Export Sales Marketing Manager based in Vadodara. The role involves designing and implementing export sales strategies, managing customer relationships across global markets, and identifying new international business opportunities. The role also includes overseeing market research, analyzing sales data, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and representing the company at international trade exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in export sales, marketing strategies, and client relationship management in metal working or machine tools industry.
• Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
• Understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Prior experience in the machine tools or precision engineering industry is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
