We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM solutions, with proven experience in configuring and customizing the system to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM functionalities according to client specifications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM applications.
- Conduct testing and validation of SAP CRM implementations to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP CRM processes and configurations.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the SAP CRM system.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM trends and best practices to enhance system performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-15 years of experience in SAP CRM functional consulting.
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules including Sales Order Management, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Proficiency in SAP CRM configuration and customization.
- Experience with integration of SAP CRM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM).
- Ability to conduct user training and prepare training materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members effectively.
- SAP certification in CRM or related field is a plus.
