Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise in SAP modules and will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful delivery of SAP projects and ongoing system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Configure and customize SAP modules based on business needs
- Provide end-to-end functional and/or technical support for SAP systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other enterprise systems
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues
- Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, and patches
- Ensure best practices and compliance with SAP standards
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to business users
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting or SAP support
- Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules such as:
- SAP FICO
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP PP
- SAP HCM
- SAP ABAP
- SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in SAP implementation and support projects
- Strong understanding of business processes and SAP integration points
- Experience with SAP configuration and customization
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
- SAP certification in relevant module(s)
- Experience in Agile or SAP Activate methodology
- Exposure to integration tools and middleware
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
