Senior SAP Consultant

We are looking for PPQM LEAD CONSULTANT

EXPERIENCE: 9 yrs- 18 yrs

Location : Hyderabad

NP : 2 Months

Work Mode : 5 days WFO

NOTE : MUST HAVE 2 -3 IMPLEMENTATIONS ON S/4 HANA. NEED EXPERIENCE IN BOTH PPQM.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Independently handle large implementation projects with focus on Production

Planning & Quality Management processes

Leading the team that are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to

the project and to the final deliverables

Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live

of customer implementation projects

Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops /

meetings with internal and external clients

Responsible for defining the scope of a project / opportunities, estimating

efforts and project timelines

Participating in RFP discussions and estimating under guidance from a Bid

Manager

Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems

Delivering billable components that meets a customer's needs

Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years in SAP

SAP Certification in Production Planning & Quality Management (PP/QM)

preferred

Minimum 4 to 5 full life cycle SAP implementations

Strong knowledge in SAP Production Planning & Quality Management

Modules

Good integration knowledge with other components with SAP S/4 HANA.

Worked on Discrete, process industries & Repetitive Manufacturing

scenarios

Worked on Sales and Operational planning ,Long term planning , Material

Requirement Planning , Demand Management, capacity evaluation and

production execution processes.

Should have strong through knowledge on all the Planning strategies (Make

to Order/Make to stock/ Engineer to Order)

Should have worked on Quality Planning, Quality Inspection and Quality

Improvement (Quality Notification & Non conformance Management)

Processes.

Good understanding of Sample management ,Stability Study , Dynamic

Modification of the Inspection Scope and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus

Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to

communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical

audiences

Mobility is must candidate must be ready to travel to project locations

(short term and long term)

Customer Feedback/customer satisfaction scores

Productive days/utilization as defined by the organization

Knowledge Management and creation of effective reusable components

Provide support for SAP PP/QM module to business users.

Design and build SAP PP/QM solutions & perform maintenance and support

Must have strong ERP implementation experience

Experience in PP/QM technical knowledge will be an added advantage

Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution will be preferred

Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology

Use of Solution Manager as a part of implementation life cycle is desirable

Good Communication skill in English
