Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ABAP on S/4HANA and SAP BTP development. The role involves driving clean core transformation initiatives, supporting custom code optimization, and enabling customers with best practices across SAP S/4HANA and BTP environments.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver planning and transformation services to support clean core strategy for enterprise customers.
Act as an embedded architect collaborating with RISE Enterprise Architects to drive clean core journeys.
Define and implement governance strategies for custom code development.
Guide customers on SAP S/4HANA and BTP development best practices.
Identify and recommend solutions for custom code quality improvements aligned with clean core principles.
Drive transformation of custom code through in-app and side-by-side extension strategies.
Leverage SAP AI capabilities (e.g., Joule for Developers) for custom code transformation.
Perform impact analysis related to SAP S/4HANA data model simplifications.
Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience in ABAP programming, RESTful ABAP, and ABAP CDS.
Experience in In-App and Side-by-Side extensibility on SAP BTP.
Exposure to SAP Build and Joule for ABAP developers.
Working knowledge of tools such as ATC, SQLM, CCAPPS, and Custom Code Migration App on BTP.
Good understanding of Modifications, Enhancements, and ABAP Workflows.
Experience in defining quality governance standards based on SAP S/4HANA best practices.
SAP S/4HANA conversions and upgrade experience will be an added advantage.
