Job Description

Responsibilities:

User administration and role/authorization management in SAP ECC, BI, and Solution Manager (SolMan).
Manage SAP OSS access, SAP Router access & control, and address issues related to both functional and BASIS activities.
Monitor file system, database growth, and SAP spool/print management.
Apply SAP server patches including kernel patches and SAP Notes as needed.
Monitor and troubleshoot SAP setup errors, logs, and vulnerability issues as per SAP recommendations.
Perform daily online checks for SAP performance, background jobs, and database monitoring/tuning.
Support SAP landscape as BASIS Administrator, including review and implementation of security policies.
Monitor housekeeping jobs related to ABAP dump reorgs, spool reorgs, performance collector, etc.
Monitor system and database performance (response time, DB time, hit ratio, etc.).
