BASIS resource requirements:
- Experience on SAP S4HANA and HANA Database
- Experience on SAP User creation and modification
- Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills on ABAP dump, Failed SAP background jobs
- Should be good in working with onshore-offshore delivery models
- Should have ability to handle client escalation.
- Optional SLT Experience.
