SAP BASIS Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP system administration and be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our SAP landscape to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including SAP HANA, ECC, and S/4HANA.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as required.
• Manage user access and security within SAP environments.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP-related projects and initiatives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and system landscape.
• Experience with SAP HANA database administration.
• Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems.
• Familiarity with transport management system and change management processes.
• Knowledge of database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).
• Understanding of SAP security concepts and user administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
