We are seeking a motivated SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in the administration and support of SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability. This role is perfect for candidates with 0-1 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in SAP Basis.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage system upgrades and patches
- Perform backup and recovery activities
- Implement and maintain security policies and user authorizations
- Collaborate with functional teams to support SAP applications
- Document system configurations and procedures
- Participate in SAP project implementations and migrations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Understanding of SAP architecture and components
- Basic knowledge of SAP Basis administration tasks
- Familiarity with operating systems (Linux, Windows) and database management (HANA, Oracle, SQL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
