We are looking for SAP ABAP Consultant with Chemical Industry experience.
Work experience: 10+ Years
Work location: Remote, India
Project duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP objects (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Conversions).
- Provide L2/L3 support and handle production issues within defined SLAs.
- Work closely with functional teams on PP-PI, MM, QM, SD, EHS, FI/CO modules.
- Support chemical industry processes such as batch management, recipe management, quality, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, ALV reports, OData services, and enhancements.
- Participate in S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or support projects.
- Perform performance tuning, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Prepare technical documentation and support audits and compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP.
- Mandatory experience in Chemical / Process Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of PP-PI, MM, QM, SD, and batch-driven processes.
- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Exposure to integrations using PI/PO or CPI is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
