Sap Abap Consultant

Required Technical Skills

• 4–8+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP/OO ABAP.
• Experience with RICEF developments.
• Strong experience in:
• Reports and ALV
• BAPIs/BADIs
• User/Customer Exits
• Enhancement Framework
• IDocs
• RFCs
• Interfaces
• Adobe Forms/Smart Forms
• Debugging and performance tuning
• Good understanding of SAP integration concepts.
• Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of ABAP on HANA and performance optimization.
• Exposure to CDS Views, AMDP and modern S/4HANA development is preferred.
• Knowledge of OData/REST APIs is an advantage.
• Exposure to SAP BTP or integration technologies such as SAP CPI is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout or support projects.
• Knowledge of CDS, AMDP, RAP and Fiori-related backend development.
• Experience working in large global organizations.
• Good understanding of SAP transport and release management.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
