Salary Package: 50,000 – 60,000
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for the beauty & wellness industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day salon operations.
Manage and supervise salon staff (stylists, beauticians, receptionists).
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Handle appointments, walk-ins, and client queries efficiently.
Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product ordering.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Train, motivate, and guide team members.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
