Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager at HAIR RAP BY YOYO, located in Ahmedabad. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations of the salon, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead by example in providing an outstanding salon experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling appointments, maintaining service quality, and promoting the salon's values. The candidate will also focus on staff hiring and training, ensuring adherence to salon standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care techniques and trends
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Hiring and team management to recruit and lead a dynamic salon staff
• Time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient salon operations
• A professional certification or degree in cosmetology or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a salon or similar setting
