Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing sales processes, preparing presentations, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate on training initiatives and support the development of effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proven ability in Sales, including territory management, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Experience in Training and coaching teams to boost performance and productivity.
  • Knowledge of Sales Management to create and execute successful sales plans and strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with IT products and solutions is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required if significant experience is demonstrated.
