Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of stylists, handle client bookings and inquiries, and ensure the salon meets high standards of service and hygiene. Responsibilities also include staff recruitment, training, supervising schedules, maintaining inventory, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for clients. The Salon Manager will actively contribute to the success and reputation of the salon while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven skills and knowledge in Cosmetology and Hair Care, with an understanding of the latest industry trends and techniques.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Experience in Hiring, team management, and training of staff to ensure smooth salon operations.
• Ability to maintain a customer-focused, creative, and professional environment.
• A diploma or certification in cosmetology or hairdressing is preferred.
• Previous experience in salon management or a leadership role in the beauty industry is an advantage.
