Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Salon Manager will oversee daily salon operations, ensure client satisfaction, and lead a professional team to uphold high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, delivering excellent customer service, promoting salon services, implementing effective strategies for team management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient salon environment.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology and Hair Care experience and expertise
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and managing a team
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage day-to-day salon operations effectively
• Passion for maintaining high-quality standards and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Experience in the beauty and hair industry is highly preferred
