Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role located in Ahmedabad, with the possibility of some work from home. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and creating customized financial solutions. Additional tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction. Regular follow-ups and market analysis will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Engagement
  • Ability to understand and pitch financial products, with expertise in Product Knowledge and Presentation Skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining data accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of the financial industry in Ahmedabad will be an advantage
  • Self-motivation and adaptability to work in both office and remote settings
