Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Real Estate Salesperson. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, or leasing properties, conducting property market analysis, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and facilitating smooth transactions. The salesperson will work with both residential and commercial properties while ensuring the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of Real Estate, Real Property, and holding a valid Real Estate License
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships
- Proven Sales expertise with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Ahmedabad is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
