This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Real Estate Salesperson. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for generating and managing client relationships, showcasing properties, and facilitating property sales. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating sales agreements, evaluating client needs, and assisting buyers and sellers in property transactions. The role also involves staying up-to-date with market trends and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

• Knowledge and expertise in Real Property, Real Estate, and sales processes
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide an excellent client experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Ahmedabad is an advantage
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
