Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Kerala, India. The Salesperson will perform day-to-day activities including identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and conducting market research to understand industry trends. The individual will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including lead generation and client relationship management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Solar Industry Products and Renewable Energy Solutions
- Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to strategy development
- Experience in preparing accurate reports and meeting sales targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience is also considered
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Efficiency in managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively
