Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson in the Kolkata metropolitan area. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating customer relationships, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, pitching and showcasing products or services, keeping up-to-date records of sales activities, and continuously learning about new products or improvements. You will work both in the field meeting clients and remotely to manage communications, ensuring a balance between flexibility and productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills to achieve and exceed defined sales targets
- Proficiency in market research and strategy development relevant to sales objectives
- Ability to adapt effectively to hybrid work environments, demonstrating organization and time management
- Basic proficiency with tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
- Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
