Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Kolkata. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies. The role requires proactive customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proven ability in sales strategies, contract negotiation, and generating leads.
  • Proficiency in market research, understanding customer needs, and identifying business opportunities.
  • Problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams.
  • Experience in the chemicals industry or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Relevant academic qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
