Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to align business goals with technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications on the Salesforce platform using Education Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein Analytics.
- Translate business and technical objectives into clear Salesforce solutions and success metrics.
- Lead and facilitate communication across the team to ensure seamless execution.
- Propose and document efficient processes to streamline software development.
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and technical leadership within the team.
- Drive cross-team collaboration with other technical leads and stakeholders.
- Ensure adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Own delivery timelines and ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of overall experience with strong understanding of SDLC.
- Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Education Cloud preferred).
- Expertise in Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience in Apex Classes and Triggers.
- Experience in third-party integrations using APIs.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Expertise in Reports, Dashboards, and Analytic Snapshots.
- Experience in Data Migration using Import Wizard, Workbench, and Apex Data Loader.
- Strong decision-making on technology trade-offs.
- Experience in business requirements, process flows, application design, testing, and release management.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and code scanning tools.
