Salesforce Technical Lead

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead who is a highly skilled and experienced SFDC Vlocity Architect and Designer. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce and Vlocity solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs, and providing technical leadership to development teams. This role requires a minimum of 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with 3+ years of hands-on experience with Vlocity tools and architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging Salesforce and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) platforms. Translate business requirements into technical designs, and define and document architectural patterns, guidelines, and frameworks.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on Vlocity and Salesforce implementation. Mentor junior team members and provide training on best practices.
• Integration & Development: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, Vlocity, and other enterprise systems. Customize Vlocity components such as Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Cards, and Templates, and optimize them for performance and scalability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements. Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality, compliance with development standards, and adherence to Salesforce governance.
• Knowledge & Innovation: Stay updated on Salesforce and Vlocity innovations and industry trends.

Skills Required

• A minimum of 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) tools and architecture.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and customizations (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
• Hands-on experience with Vlocity components such as Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Cards.
• A strong understanding of Salesforce and Vlocity data models and architecture.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ is a plus.
• Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Salesforce Architect and Vlocity certifications are preferred.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
