Job Summary

Synechron seeks an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role involves providing technical direction, crafting architecture strategies, and actively engaging in hands-on development activities. The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders to create innovative Salesforce applications that support organizational objectives, ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance, and drive digital transformation initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to influence technical standards, guide teams, and deliver high-impact solutions that add substantial value to the business.

Software Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, especially modules related to contracts, CPQ, and contract management
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, and Copado (preferred), with expertise in build automation and version control
  • Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader and Salesforce DX
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs) for external system connectivity

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of advanced Salesforce automation frameworks and tools
  • Exposure to Salesforce Einstein or AI-based integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce Shield for security controls and compliance
  • Acquaintance with Salesforce DevOps practices and deployment pipelines

Overall Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee architecture strategies for Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Lead end-to-end solution design, including custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Establish and promote best practices for Salesforce security, performance, and scalability
  • Mentor and review development teams work, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality benchmarks
  • Develop scalable, efficient integration solutions with external systems and data sources
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural decisions, configurations, and deployment procedures
  • Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture, with a focus on contract management and CPQ solutions
  • Proven track record leading complex Salesforce enterprise implementations from design through deployment
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projects
  • Strong command over Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and automation tools
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git, Azure DevOps, or Copado
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring development teams and conducting code reviews
  • Industry experience in regulated sectors such as finance or healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Review code, develop custom components, and optimize system functionalities
  • Drive system integrations, data migrations, and ensure security/compliance adherence
  • Conduct regular training, team mentoring, and documentation updates
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project reviews for timely delivery of solutions
  • Continuously identify improvement opportunities and implement automation or process upgrades

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (mandatory)
  • Additional certifications such as Salesforce Architectural Certification, CPQ Specialist, or Security Certification are preferred
  • Experience with data migration, system automation, and integration tools within Salesforce
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage stakeholder expectations efficiently
