Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Architect Remote 6-12 Month Contract

We are currently representing an industry leading retail client of ours who have just released an exciting new opportunity. Our client is looking for a Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Architect to design, support, and enhance their global loyalty platform, delivering scalable and compliant solutions across customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for Salesforce Loyalty Cloud architecture
• Define and maintain loyalty architecture, data models, and integration patterns
• Translate loyalty program requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with internal integration teams to connect Loyalty Cloud with the wider technology stack
• Ensure solutions comply with GDPR, CCPA, and PCI requirements

Requirements

• 7+ years experience within Salesforce
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud OR Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Certification
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• English Speaking
