Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer to play a critical

role in the design, development, and implementation of our Service Cloud platform. The ideal

candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, a strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations, and a passion for building scalable

and robust solutions that enhance our client and agent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on

Service Cloud features such as Console, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge,

and CTI integrations.

  • Write robust, scalable, and efficient Apex code, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and

Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components.

  • Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP

APIs, Platform Events, and other relevant technologies.

  • Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards,

and security guidelines.

  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, QA, and other developers to

translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in release management, change management, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience

in Service Cloud.

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (workflows, process builder, flows,

custom objects, fields, validation rules, permissions).

  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata API).
  • Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies for Salesforce e.g Copado
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Certifications (one or more):

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
