Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Quality Analyst to

join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in testing Salesforce

applications, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and reliability. You will play a key role in

maintaining high-quality standards for Salesforce solutions by performing end-to-end testing,

identifying bugs, and ensuring seamless functionality across all modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing and Validation:
  • Perform comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications, including functional,
  • regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Validate workflows, data flows, and business processes against documented requirements.
  • Test Planning:
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define test scope and acceptance criteria. Defect Management:
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or other bug-tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.Salesforce Expertise:
  • Test configurations, customizations, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
  • Validate Salesforce workflows, validation rules, triggers, and Lightning components.
  • Automation Testing:
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive test scenarios for efficiency.Documentation:
  • Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, results, and test coverage.
  • Provide detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.Collaboration:
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to
  • understand requirements and resolve issues.
  • Support UAT by assisting users in testing and troubleshooting issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance/testing, with a focus on
  • Salesforce applications.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including:
  • Custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex testing.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in bug-tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce testing best practices and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integration testing.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Quality Specialist) are a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
