Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Quality Analyst to
join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in testing Salesforce
applications, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and reliability. You will play a key role in
maintaining high-quality standards for Salesforce solutions by performing end-to-end testing,
identifying bugs, and ensuring seamless functionality across all modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing and Validation:
- Perform comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications, including functional,
- regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate workflows, data flows, and business processes against documented requirements.
- Test Planning:
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define test scope and acceptance criteria. Defect Management:
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or other bug-tracking systems.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.Salesforce Expertise:
- Test configurations, customizations, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
- Validate Salesforce workflows, validation rules, triggers, and Lightning components.
- Automation Testing:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive test scenarios for efficiency.Documentation:
- Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, results, and test coverage.
- Provide detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to
- understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Support UAT by assisting users in testing and troubleshooting issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance/testing, with a focus on
- Salesforce applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including:
- Custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex testing.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in bug-tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Salesforce testing best practices and methodologies.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integration testing.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Quality Specialist) are a plus.
