Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Location: Bangalore/Pune

Mode: Hybrid (3 days in Office)

Shift : Australian shifts only - IST (5:30am to 2:30pm)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to support the design, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, CRM, and technical teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
• Design and execute email campaigns, customer journeys, and marketing automations
• Develop and maintain data extensions, SQL queries, and automation workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Marketing Cloud solutions
• Support integrations between Marketing Cloud and CRM or other data sources
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of campaigns and journeys
• Ensure best practices for data management, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Create documentation and provide support during deployments and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
• Working knowledge of SQL, data extensions, and subscriber data models
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates
• Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and lifecycle marketing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Consultant – preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience with AMPscript
• Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
