Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with a strong background in data ingestion, unification, and segmentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platforms, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud platforms.
- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Develop dynamic, personalized email templates using AMPscript, SSJS, and CCS3.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems using Integrations, SOAP, and data extensions.
- Leverage Data Cloud to unify customer data, create segments, and enable advanced personalization.
- Design and implement data models, data ingestion pipelines, and identity resolution strategies in Data Cloud.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure data quality, Identify Governance & Administration, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.).
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B Testing, segmentation, and automation enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud environments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including CRM, analytics, and integration teams.
- Maintain documentation of technical designs, processes, and best practices.
- Support deployment, release management, and environment configuration.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).
- Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) including data ingestion, unification, and segmentation.
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and CCS3.
- Experience with Integrations and data synchronization across systems.
- Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing automation best practices.
- Experience in Scrum Framework.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and Quantitative Analysis skills.
- Good Communication Skills and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and CTI Integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud development.
