Job Title: Senior Manager Salesforce (Leadership, Strategy & Communication)

About the Role
This role requires a highly experienced Salesforce leader who combines deep platform expertise with strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and proven leadership ability. The Senior Manager will drive Salesforce transformation initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that business, technology, and operational goals align seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Expertise: Lead Salesforce architecture, customization, and optimization across multiple
business units. Oversee configuration, integrations, data flows, automation, and platform governance.
Leadership & Team Management: Manage cross-functional technical teams, mentor developers/admins, and ensure
adherence to best practices, coding standards, and SDLC processes.
Strategic Planning: Define long-term Salesforce roadmap, drive platform adoption, and ensure
alignment with organizational goals. Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and automation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business, finance, operations, and executive teams to
translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Provide clear communication at all levels.
Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end implementationfrom discovery, design, and development to testing, deployment, and post-launch supportensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Data, Security & Compliance:Ensure strong data governance, platform security, access controls, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and
ensure reliability and scalability of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Salesforce experience with deep technical and functional knowledge.
Strong expertise across Salesforce modules, integrations, automation, and custom development.
Proven leadership experience managing teams, projects, and executive-level communication.
Strategic mindset with the ability to define vision, roadmap, and long-term platform direction.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, security, and data best practices.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Preferred Certifications
Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce
Sales/Service Cloud Consultant CSM / CSPO (preferred for leadership roles)
