About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced
Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations, cloud migration initiatives, and development/admin activities. The ideal candidate must have deep technical understanding of Salesforce platforms along with proven experience managing large, complex Salesforce programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall Salesforce project delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including migration, integration, customization, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with architects, developers, admins, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Drive solution governance, architecture decisions, and Salesforce best practices across multiple cloud platforms.
- Oversee configuration, customization, development, and release management activities.
- Provide technical directions related to Salesforce Clouds, integration strategies, and scalable design.
- Manage communication across client, vendor, and internal teams; prepare reports and handle escalations.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security models, DevOps practices, and release management frameworks.
- Identify project risks, mitigation strategies, and ensure operational excellence across delivery phases.
Required Skills & Experience- 12+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce project delivery and leadership roles.
- Strong expertise across Salesforce Clouds:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience/Community Cloud
- Marketing Cloud (good to have)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce migration using tools such as:
- Data Loader
- MuleSoft
- Informatica
- Other ETL/integration tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development & admin functions.
- Experience managing large Agile or hybrid delivery teams.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, API frameworks, and data architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
