Job Description:

Looking for a Salesforce Field Service Developer with strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) to build and customize scalable service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Configure FSL components: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories

• Build automation using Flows and Process Builder

• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

• Configure scheduling policies, work types, and mobile settings

• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance

• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

• Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL

• Salesforce Flows

• Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)

• Scheduling & dispatch concepts

• Salesforce DX, Git, VS Code, CI/CD

Preferred:

• Salesforce Mobile / FSL Mobile experience

• Service Cloud knowledge

• Relevant Salesforce certifications
