Job Title: Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer

Location: Bangalore/Chennai

Mode: Hybrid (4 Days in a week)

Duration: Full Time

Shift Timing :- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Field Service(FSL) exp is mandatory**

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable and efficient Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions to support field operations.
  • Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and end-users to gather and understand requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce Field Service with external systems via APIs and middleware tools.
  • Configure service territories, work types, service appointments, skills, crews, and scheduling policies in FSL.
  • Implement and optimize dispatcher console features and mobile app configurations for field technicians.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce Field Service and ensure platform performance and security.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years specifically with Salesforce Field Service.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II, Service Cloud, or FSL Consultant certification (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce mobile configuration and offline capabilities.
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices in Salesforce development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
