Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce DevOps operations, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and deployment management.
Manage and monitor release activities across multiple Salesforce environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD).
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and other related DevOps tools.
Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain stability.
Ensure adherence to change management processes and documentation standards for all deployments.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Salesforce DevOps practices and automation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipeline management, and deployment automation.
Strong knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins, and version control systems.
Experience in L2/L3 support for Salesforce or other enterprise applications.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
