Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in
Salesforce deployments, release management, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and ANT Migration Tool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, environment deployments, and release processes to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable delivery across Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce deployments and release cycles across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
- Implement and maintain Salesforce DX (SFDX)based development and deployment processes
- Perform metadata deployments using ANT Migration Tool
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications
- Handle version control, branching, and merge strategies using Git
- Coordinate with Salesforce developers, QA, and release teams for smooth deployments
- Resolve deployment conflicts, errors, and environment-related issues
- Ensure deployment best practices, rollback strategies, and release documentation
- Support sandbox management, refreshes, and environment alignment
- Monitor deployment health and improve automation and efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Salesforce DevOps / Deployment / Release Management
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce DX (SFDX) (mandatory)
- Strong working experience with ANT Migration Tool (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce metadata types and packaging
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Good understanding of Salesforce environments and deployment strategies
- Experience managing source-driven development in Salesforce
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
