Salesforce DevOps Engineer responsible for building and operating Salesforce solutions within the Case & Regulatory Risk Management Product Group. You will contribute to the development and estimation of user stories and participate in all agile ceremonies, including grooming, planning, stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Code & Automation: Writing creative, well-organized, and tested code for a continuous integration and delivery environment. You'll also be responsible for delivering reusable code for pipeline orchestration, automation, and scripting to build dynamic cloud infrastructure components.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: You will design and establish automated tests to prevent defects as stacks evolve. You'll also complete functional and non-functional tests (security, performance, resilience), and quality-assure code submissions and architectural documentation from your peers.
- Operations & Incident Management: You will establish effective monitoring to maximize performance and health. You'll also participate in restoring services during live incidents and, afterward, identify root causes and preventative measures. This includes delivering day-to-day operations such as handling requests, incidents, and housekeeping tasks.
- Documentation: You will be responsible for providing operational documentation, such as playbooks and runbooks, as part of your builds.
